Andrew K. Bowser brings 25 years of food facility design and construction experience to Team Group. Andrew has engineered and managed the construction of some of the nation's leading food distribution and processing facilities including warehouses, grocery distribution facilities, produce facilities, food service facilities, dairy facilities, juice processing facilities, frozen and refrigerated food facilities and snack food facilities. Andrew greatly understands the unique concerns of food facility customers. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in numerous States, a member of various Building & Standards commissions, professional organizations and holds degrees in architectural and structural engineering.
Gene Millar has 30 years of experience within the food industry having owned and operated several food facilities and warehouses. Gene is an expert in distribution logistics, warehouse management systems, facility cost and efficiency, safety and OSHA compliance programs, staffing and manpower assessments, warehouse ergonomics, site selection, tax abatement and much more. Gene is a member of IIAR (International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration), IARW (International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses), and holds an Masters in Finance from Dallas Baptist University.
Eugene Coker has 25 years of experience within the food industry, having owned and operated a food distributions facility, as well as having owned an operated several food industry construction/development companies. Eugene has a broad base of construction management experience with an established trackrecord of meeting schedules, meeting budgets and exceeding expectations. Eugene has an undergraduate degree from Yale and a Masters Degree in Geology from Rice University in Houston.
Marty has 20 years of construction experience having learned this trade from his father from his youth. Over the years, Marty has expanded his knowledge from residential to large commercial and industrial projects. Recently he supervised the construction of Labatt Food Service's 128,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse expansion project in San Antonio. He has a strong background in the construction of numerous other commercial and industrial projects.
